I would suggest to determine the exact type of file that you download a free program call Video Lan Player VLC the download can be found here http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html.  This program will allow you to playback most files.  If you still have a problem please call us.

I had my computer tower fixed by yourselves a month or two ago.
It works well but one thing....
I cannot play some of my music that i have stored.
All the tracks that have &quot;mpeg&quot;, i cannot play....why is this?
Please tell me what i have to do to listen to these tracks
